ERP software for Lahore companies: fashion, textile, distribution and developers

ERP software for Lahore companies should keep one set of PKR books across stores, warehouses, Punjab routes and project sites: stock by branch for fashion brands, orders and production for textile head offices, routes and recoveries for distributors, and project costing for developers, with sales tax on each invoice. Operix delivers it online from Karachi, with visits when needed.

ERP software for Lahore companies: fashion, textile, distribution and developers

A Lahore company rarely sits in one place. The brand's head office is in Gulberg, its stores are in DHA, Emporium Mall and Packages Mall, and its warehouse is off Ferozepur Road. The textile group has its office in Model Town and its mills on Multan Road or in Sundar. The distributor's godown is near Kot Lakhpat and its vans cover Sheikhupura, Kasur and Okara. Each place keeps its own sheet, and the owner stitches them together on WhatsApp every evening.

Fashion brands: stores, warehouse and the online shop

A pret or lawn brand sells the same design in a DHA store, at Emporium Mall and on its website. If each has its own stock, the website sells a size the store sold an hour ago. The ERP holds one stock across stores, warehouse and online, moves it with transfer notes, and shows sell-through by design and size so the next cut is right. Online orders, courier dispatch and returns belong in the same system as the store sale. See textile ERP for Pakistan for the production side.

Textile and garment head offices

A garment exporter's head office in Lahore runs each buyer order as a file: the programme, yarn and fabric bought for it, work given to stitching units, packing and the shipment. The ERP keeps that file from enquiry to payment. Our textile work so far is the corporate website for Syed Ahmed & Sons, a Karachi textile company; the ERP shape we have built is Sea Keepers, which runs a supplier from the first enquiry email to the final delivery documents. A textile order file follows the same idea.

Distributors: routes and recoveries

A distributor covering Punjab routes from Lahore sells on udhaar and lives on recoveries. The ERP should show, by route and by salesman, what was sold, what was collected and what is overdue, and should account for company schemes separately from price. Company schemes, such as free cases on a target or a season-end discount, are posted when they arrive, so the salesman's price and the company's benefit are never confused, and the claim is made from a report. Van stock, order booking on a phone and company claims come in the next release, once the ledger is trusted.

Developers

A developer selling plots or apartments in Lahore's housing schemes needs two things joined: the project's cost, coded by phase, and the sales ledger of buyers paying in instalments. The ERP holds budgets, purchase orders and contractor bills on one side, and buyer files with instalment schedules and recoveries on the other, so the owner sees both the cost of a block and what has been collected against it. Instalment reminders go out on WhatsApp before the due date, and the recovery report lists who has missed one.

PKR books and sales tax

The books come out of these operations, not from a separate entry. Sales invoices carry FBR sales tax on goods; services sold in Lahore carry Punjab Revenue Authority sales tax on services. The ERP puts the right line on each invoice and produces the monthly summary. Which registrations apply to your company: confirm with your tax adviser.

Delivered online from Karachi

Operix has no Lahore office; we work with Lahore companies online, with visits when the project needs them. Questions people ask

Can the ERP connect our stores and online shop to one stock?

Yes. Stores, warehouse and the online shop sell from one stock, transfers are recorded at both ends, and online orders, dispatch and returns are handled in the same system as store sales.

Does it handle recoveries for a distributor's routes?

Yes. Sales, collections and overdue balances are shown by route, salesman and customer, and company schemes are accounted separately from price.

Can we keep our accountant's software?

Yes. The ERP can export to or integrate with your accounting package, or the books can live in the ERP itself. The choice is made at discovery.

Do you have an office in Lahore?

No. Operix is in Karachi. Lahore companies work with us online, with visits when the project needs them, on the same WhatsApp number as every other client.

How much does ERP software cost in Lahore?

It depends on modules, users, branches and integrations. Operix does not publish prices; a written quote with milestones follows the discovery call.
