Custom software, online stores and ERP for businesses in Europe
Operix Systems builds custom software, multilingual online stores, ERP systems and mobile apps for businesses in Europe. Nothing is done on site: the team works from Karachi, where our only office is, and delivers every project remotely. Projects are planned around several languages, VAT that changes from country to country, GDPR and the payment methods each country's shoppers trust.
Built for Europe
What's set up for you
Several languages, one system
Each language gets its own pages, addresses and wording on the same catalogue or database. Zoya Couture, the store we built for a fashion label in Belgium, sells in Dutch, French and English.
GDPR and where the data sits
We agree in writing which personal data the system holds, who can open it and which region it is hosted in, so your privacy adviser has something concrete to review.
VAT that changes at the border
VAT rates and invoice rules differ by country, so tax is a setting per country and product that your accountant can check, never a figure fixed in the code.
The payment methods locals trust
Cards and SEPA transfers everywhere, iDEAL for the Netherlands, Bancontact for Belgium and Klarna where shoppers expect it, through the payment provider you choose.
A working day we share
Karachi is three hours ahead of Central European time in summer and four in winter, which puts the first half of your day, and a little more, inside our working hours.
Scope on paper, ownership with you
Work starts only after a written scope and quote. The code, the domain, the hosting and any app store accounts carry your company's name, never ours.
How we work
Remote, with the same team
We have no office in Europe, and no staff there. A European project is run from Old Clifton, Karachi, entirely online. It opens with a video call about how your business works. You then approve the screens as clickable designs, try a fresh release every week with your own records loaded, and, at go-live, your staff are trained in English on the real system. Karachi is three hours ahead of Central European time in summer and four in winter. Calls are booked before mid-afternoon your time, and for most of your day a message on WhatsApp or email reaches us while we are still at work.
01
Discovery
We sit with the people who will use the system and write down how work really moves today.
02
Design
You see every screen before we build it, and change it while change is cheap.
03
Build
Weekly releases you can click through, on your own data, not a demo.
04
Train
Your team learns on the live system, branch by branch, in Urdu or English.
05
Support
One WhatsApp number for questions, fixes and the next feature.

Questions
Working with Operix in Europe
Do you have an office in Europe?
No. Operix has a single office, in Old Clifton, Karachi, and nobody based in Europe. European projects are run online from there, by one team from the first call through to support.
What about GDPR, given that Operix is not in the EU?
Three things are fixed in the contract: the personal data we are allowed to touch, the few people here who may touch it, and the hosting region, which you select. GDPR sets conditions for suppliers outside the EU, and how they apply depends on your data, so take legal advice for your own case.
Which languages can you build in?
Any language your customers or staff read. Zoya Couture, our European project, sells in Dutch, French and English, and a UAE site of ours runs in English, Arabic, Chinese and Russian. Our working language with you is English; before launch, each language is proofread by a native speaker you trust.
Have you worked with European clients before?
One so far: Zoya Couture, an online store for a new Belgian fashion label in Gent. The rest of our portfolio is mostly in Pakistan and the UAE, and we would rather tell you that than imply otherwise.
Also serving Pakistan, Dubai & UAE, Saudi Arabia, USA, UK, Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad & Rawalpindi.
Tell us how your business runs today.
We'll show you what it looks like as one system. We don't publish prices: every quote starts with a conversation.
