Ecommerce website development in Pakistan

Online store development for how Pakistan buys
Most Pakistani shoppers arrive on a phone, from an Instagram post, a Google search or a link forwarded on WhatsApp. Many still prefer to pay cash when the parcel reaches the door. A store built on a foreign template often gets these basics wrong: checkout asks for too much, there is no COD confirmation, delivery charges are confusing and the site is slow on mobile data.
We start from the way your customers already buy from you. If they ask about size, stock and delivery time on WhatsApp, those answers go on the product page. If most orders are COD, the checkout is built around confirming the order before it is shipped. If you sell in Urdu as well as English, the store can do both.
What your ecommerce website includes
Every store is planned around what the shopper has to do and what your team has to manage afterwards.
- Product pages with variants, size charts, several photos and a WhatsApp button that carries the product name
- Cart and checkout with cash on delivery, payment gateway and bank transfer options
- Delivery charges by city or order value, and courier booking with tracking
- An admin panel for products, stock, discounts, orders, returns and customers
- Order emails and WhatsApp alerts for you and the customer
- Product schema, category pages and blog pages set up for search
Payment gateway integration: JazzCash, Easypaisa and cards
Online payments in Pakistan usually go through a payment gateway or an aggregator that accepts wallets and cards together. The provider checks your business documents and gives you merchant credentials; we connect those to the checkout, test real payments and set up refunds and failed-payment handling. Cash on delivery stays available beside it, because many customers will still choose it.
If you are not ready for a gateway, the store can start with COD and bank transfer and add online payment later without rebuilding.
Custom store, Shopify or WooCommerce?
We build on all three and recommend the one that fits. Shopify suits brands that want a hosted platform and are comfortable with a monthly plan. WooCommerce suits businesses that already run WordPress. A custom store built with Next.js suits brands that need their own checkout rules, a fast mobile experience, or a store tied to their POS, ERP or warehouse.
Whichever you choose, you own the domain, the content and the customer data, and the store is handed over with training for your team.
How the project runs and what decides the time
We agree the scope in a written quote, design the main pages first so you can approve them, then build and test on your real products. Time depends mainly on how many products and variants you have, whether photos and descriptions are ready, which payment and courier services you use, and whether the store connects to other software. Starting prices are on our pricing page, and a written quote follows a short call.

Questions
Before you call
Can the store take cash on delivery?
Yes. COD is the default for most Pakistani stores we build, with order confirmation on WhatsApp before dispatch to cut returns.
Do you integrate JazzCash and Easypaisa?
Yes, through the payment gateway or provider you sign up with. You complete their merchant approval and we connect and test it on the checkout.
Can I add products myself?
Yes. You get an admin panel for products, prices, stock, discounts and orders, and we train your team to use it.
Will the store connect to my courier?
Most local couriers offer booking and tracking for online stores. We connect the one you use so orders can be booked from the admin.
How much does an ecommerce website cost?
It depends on products, payments, couriers and integrations. Starting prices are on our pricing page, and we send a written quote after a short call.
Do you build stores outside Karachi?
Yes. Karachi clients can meet us at our office; Lahore, Islamabad and other cities work with us online on the same WhatsApp number.
