Marketplace app development for multi-vendor platforms

A marketplace app lets many sellers or service providers list on one platform while you take a commission. Operix builds the buyer app, the vendor app or panel, and the admin panel that controls onboarding, commissions, payouts, disputes and reviews.

How we work

From idea to app store

  1. Step 1

    Discovery

We sit with the people who will use the system and write down how work really moves today.

  2. Step 2

    Design

You see every screen before we build it, and change it while change is cheap.

  3. Step 3

    Build

Weekly releases you can click through, on your own data, not a demo.

  4. Step 4

    Train

Your team learns on the live system, branch by branch, in Urdu or English.

  5. Step 5

    Support

One WhatsApp number for questions, fixes and the next feature.

Questions

Marketplace app: what people ask

Do vendors get their own app?

Either a vendor app or a web panel, depending on how often vendors work on their phones. Many marketplaces start with a web panel and add a vendor app later.

How are vendors paid?

The platform keeps a balance per vendor and pays out on the schedule you set, by bank transfer or through your payment partner.

Can I start with one city?

Yes, and we recommend it. Location, categories and commissions are all settings, so you can expand without rebuilding.
