What a Dubai business needs from its website

Dubai is an international market. Your visitors may read English, Arabic, Urdu, Russian or Chinese, and many will compare several companies before they ask for a quote. The website has to show clearly what you do, which emirates you serve, and how to get a price, on a phone screen, in a few seconds.

For most UAE companies that means an English site with an Arabic version that is laid out right to left, service pages that are specific about scope, and a quote form or WhatsApp button on every page.

Bilingual design done properly

Arabic is not just a translation. Text runs right to left, menus and icons mirror, numbers and dates may follow different conventions, and fonts need to be chosen for both scripts. We design the Arabic layout as its own version, then keep both languages in sync from one admin panel. Our guide to [Arabic and English bilingual websites explains what to plan for.

We have built multilingual sites before: the website for Absher Landscaping, a UAE landscaping company, runs in English, Arabic, Chinese and Russian.

Service companies, logistics and trading

Much of the UAE economy is service and trade: logistics, contracting, facilities, consultancies and suppliers. These businesses need a page for every service, clear coverage areas and a fast way to request a quote. The website for [NHK Logistics, a Dubai freight forwarder, has a page for every service, shipment tracking and an instant quote form that includes car shipping.

  • A page for each service, with scope and coverage stated clearly
  • Quote forms that collect what your team needs to price the job
  • Tracking or client areas where the work calls for it
  • Online stores priced in AED, with VAT handled as your accountant advises

Working with us from Karachi

We do not have an office in the UAE, and we say that plainly. Karachi is one hour ahead of the UAE, so calls sit comfortably inside your working day. Projects start with a discovery call, then a written plan and quote with milestones. You see every page before it is built and review the site on a preview link before launch.

VAT in the UAE is 5%, administered by the Federal Tax Authority; how it shows on your site and invoices should be confirmed with your tax adviser. Starting prices are on our [pricing page, and a written quote follows the first call.

Getting found in UAE search

English and Arabic searches behave differently, and both matter in the UAE. We set up titles, headings and structured data for each language at launch. For ongoing work, see [bilingual SEO in Dubai and our SEO services.

Questions

Before you call

Do you have an office in Dubai?

Can you build the website in Arabic?

Yes. We build a proper right-to-left Arabic version alongside English, managed from one admin panel.

How much does a website cost in Dubai?

It depends on pages, languages, and features such as a store or quote system. Starting prices are on our pricing page and a written quote follows the first call.

Can prices be shown in AED with VAT?

Yes. Stores and price lists can run in dirhams. How VAT is shown should be confirmed with your tax adviser, and we set it up that way.

How do we review the work remotely?

Every page is designed and shown before it is built, and the site is released to a preview link you can check on your own phone.

What happens after launch?

You get training on a video call, an admin panel for updates, and support on the same WhatsApp number.
