The information on this website describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer; what we deliver for a project is set out in the written quote or agreement for that project.
Quotes
We do not publish prices. Each quote is written for the scope you describe, states what is included, and is valid for the period shown on it.
Projects and payment
Milestones, timelines and payment terms are agreed in writing for each project. Work on a milestone starts once the agreed payment for it is received.
Your data and content
You own the data you enter into systems we build for you, and the content you give us for your website. You are responsible for having the right to use any content, logos or images you supply.
Support
Support terms, response times and any maintenance fee are set out in your agreement. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Limits
We build and test every system carefully, but we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, arising from the use of our software or this website, except where the law does not allow this to be limited.
