Saudi Arabia
ERP, POS and CRM software for businesses in Saudi Arabia
Operix Systems builds ERP, POS and CRM software, mobile apps and websites for businesses in Saudi Arabia. Books run in SAR with 15% VAT, invoices are issued electronically with a QR code for ZATCA's e-invoicing rules, and screens are designed in Arabic first. The work is delivered remotely from Karachi, two hours ahead of the Kingdom.
Built for Saudi Arabia
What's set up for you
SAR books and 15% VAT
Accounts are kept in Saudi riyals. VAT at 15% is worked out on every sales and purchase invoice and totalled per period, ready for the return your accountant files with ZATCA.
ZATCA e-invoicing with a QR code
Invoices come out of the system electronically and carry their QR code. Businesses are brought into integration with ZATCA's platform in waves, so the connection is scoped into the project from the first day.
Arabic first, right to left
Screens, invoices, receipts and reports are laid out in Arabic from right to left, with English beside it wherever your staff or your customers need both.
mada, STC Pay and Apple Pay
Counters, online stores and apps record mada, STC Pay, Apple Pay and card payments as separate methods, so each closing shows what arrived through which channel.
A Sunday-to-Thursday week
Review calls, weekly releases and training days are planned around the Saudi working week, and the days our teams overlap are written into the project plan before work starts.
Remote delivery, two hours apart
Discovery, screen reviews and training happen on video calls. Karachi is two hours ahead of Saudi Arabia, so most of your working day falls inside ours.
How we work
Remote, with the same team
We have no office in Saudi Arabia and nobody based in the Kingdom. Saudi clients work online with our team in Old Clifton, Karachi: a video call to map how the business runs, screens you approve before anything is built, weekly releases to test on your own data, and training on the live system, with one WhatsApp number for questions. We have not yet published a project for a Saudi client; our Gulf work so far is for companies in the UAE.
01
Discovery
We sit with the people who will use the system and write down how work really moves today.
02
Design
You see every screen before we build it, and change it while change is cheap.
03
Build
Weekly releases you can click through, on your own data, not a demo.
04
Train
Your team learns on the live system, branch by branch, in Urdu or English.
05
Support
One WhatsApp number for questions, fixes and the next feature.

Questions
Working with Operix in Saudi Arabia
Do you have an office in Saudi Arabia?
No. Our only office is in Karachi, and every Saudi project is delivered remotely by that team. If you need a supplier who can visit your premises, a company based in your city will suit you better.
Can your systems handle ZATCA e-invoicing?
Systems for Saudi clients are built to issue invoices electronically with a QR code, and integration with ZATCA's platform is planned into the project. Which wave applies to you and exactly what your invoices must contain are for your tax adviser to confirm.
Which language do we work in?
Calls and training are held in English, or in Urdu if your team prefers it. The system itself, with its screens and documents, is built in Arabic, and the Arabic wording is reviewed with your own staff before go-live.
How much does an ERP or POS cost for a Saudi business?
The figure follows the modules, users, branches and integrations you need, e-invoicing included. We don't publish prices; send us a message on WhatsApp and you will get a written quote.
Also serving Pakistan, Dubai & UAE, USA, UK, Europe, Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad & Rawalpindi.
Tell us how your business runs today.
We'll show you what it looks like as one system. We don't publish prices: every quote starts with a conversation.
