ERP software in Saudi Arabia

Operix builds custom ERP software for trading, contracting, distribution and service companies in Saudi Arabia. The invoice is designed first: issued electronically with its QR code, VAT at 15% and Arabic wording. Purchasing, stock, branches and accounts are then built around it. The project is delivered remotely by our Karachi team.

Set up for Saudi Arabia

  • E-invoices built in, not bolted on

Sales invoices, credit notes and debit notes are generated by the ERP in electronic form with the QR code, and the link to ZATCA's platform is scoped for the wave your business falls in.

  • Arabic documents, bilingual on request

Quotations, invoices, delivery notes and statements print in Arabic, right to left, with English alongside for the customers and suppliers who ask for both.

  • Branches across the Kingdom

Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam branches keep their own stock and cash, while head office reads one set of SAR accounts and one VAT total.

What the ERP covers

The same ERP software we build everywhere, with the local setup above for Saudi Arabia.

Purchasing and suppliers

Purchase orders, goods received notes, supplier ledgers and payment schedules, with approvals before money goes out.

Inventory and warehouses

Stock by branch and warehouse, transfers, batches and expiry dates, and reorder levels that warn you before you run out.

Sales and invoicing

Quotation to order to invoice to delivery challan, with credit limits per customer and outstanding balances on every screen.

Accounts

Journal entries post themselves from sales and purchases. Receivables, payables, bank reconciliation, and sales tax or VAT reports.

HR and payroll

Attendance, leave and salary sheets, linked to accounts so payroll lands in the books without re-typing.

Reports and dashboards

Today's sales by branch, profit by product, stock value and ageing, exported to Excel or PDF when your accountant asks.

Roles and approvals

Each person sees the screens their job needs. Discounts, write-offs and payments above a limit wait for approval.

Questions

ERP software in Saudi Arabia: what people ask

Can the ERP connect to ZATCA's e-invoicing platform?

The integration is scoped into the project, not left for later. Your tax adviser should confirm which wave you are in and what each invoice must contain before we design the invoice screens.

Do you have an ERP running in Saudi Arabia today?

Not yet. The ERP systems we have published are in Pakistan, and our Gulf projects so far are websites for UAE companies. Saudi projects are delivered remotely from Karachi.

How much does an ERP cost?

It depends on the modules, users and branches you need. We don't publish prices; message us on WhatsApp or book a demo and we'll send a written quote.
