ERP software in the USA

Many US companies keep their books in QuickBooks and everything else in spreadsheets: the order log, stock counts, purchase orders, job costs. Operix builds the ERP that takes over those operations, in US dollars, with sales tax worked out by state, and leaves QuickBooks doing the accounting if that is what your accountant prefers. Our team does the work from Karachi and hands it over online.

Set up for the USA

  • When QuickBooks plus spreadsheets runs out

Orders, inventory across locations and purchasing move into one database, and the workbook that only one person understands is retired.

  • Sales tax that follows the state

States and many local jurisdictions set their own rates, so each invoice gets its tax from a tax service by ship-to address.

  • Connected to what you already use

Invoices, bills and payments post to QuickBooks, and orders arrive from your online store or payment processor without re-typing.

Questions

ERP software in the USA: what people ask

Do we have to stop using QuickBooks?

No. QuickBooks can stay as the book of account, with the ERP sending it finished invoices and payments. Moving the accounts into the ERP is a later choice, not a condition.

Will the ERP handle our sales tax filing?

It records the tax charged on every invoice by state and jurisdiction and produces the report. Registration and filing sit outside the software: confirm with your tax adviser which states you must register in and what you must file.

How much does an ERP cost?

It depends on the modules, users and branches you need. We don't publish prices; message us on WhatsApp or book a demo and we'll send a written quote.
