ERP software in Europe

When orders, stock and purchasing have outgrown the spreadsheets kept beside a bookkeeping package, a small or mid-sized European company needs an ERP shaped to its own process. Operix builds one with VAT held as settings for each country you trade in and screens in the languages your staff speak. The whole project is run online from Karachi.

Set up for Europe

  • VAT per country, e-invoicing on watch

VAT rates and invoice rules differ between countries, and e-invoicing rules are changing one country at a time, so both are kept as settings. Ask your accountant which rules cover you.

  • Each team in its own language

A warehouse in one country and a sales office in another work on the same orders, each with screens and printed documents in their own language.

  • Posts to the bookkeeper's package

Where your accountant already files from a package, the ERP hands it finished invoices and payments, and the statutory books stay put.

ERP software

What the ERP covers

The same ERP software we build everywhere, with the local setup above for Europe.

Purchasing and suppliers

Purchase orders, goods received notes, supplier ledgers and payment schedules, with approvals before money goes out.

Inventory and warehouses

Stock by branch and warehouse, transfers, batches and expiry dates, and reorder levels that warn you before you run out.

Sales and invoicing

Quotation to order to invoice to delivery challan, with credit limits per customer and outstanding balances on every screen.

Accounts

Journal entries post themselves from sales and purchases. Receivables, payables, bank reconciliation, and sales tax or VAT reports.

HR and payroll

Attendance, leave and salary sheets, linked to accounts so payroll lands in the books without re-typing.

Reports and dashboards

Today's sales by branch, profit by product, stock value and ageing, exported to Excel or PDF when your accountant asks.

Roles and approvals

Each person sees the screens their job needs. Discounts, write-offs and payments above a limit wait for approval.

Questions

ERP software in Europe: what people ask

Can the ERP issue e-invoices?

That depends on the country. E-invoicing rules are changing country by country, so we ask your accountant what applies to you and write that country's format into the scope.

Have you built an ERP for a European company?

Not yet. The ERPs in our portfolio run in Pakistan, and our one European project is an online store. The tax settings for your country are agreed with your accountant during discovery.

How much does an ERP cost?

It depends on the modules, users and branches you need. We don't publish prices; message us on WhatsApp or book a demo and we'll send a written quote.
