JazzCash, Easypaisa and PayFast integration on your website

To accept JazzCash, Easypaisa or PayFast on your website, you first open a merchant account with the provider, which checks your business documents. The developer then connects the provider's payment page to your checkout, tests it in a sandbox, and confirms each payment on your server before marking the order paid. Most Pakistani stores keep cash on delivery alongside online payment.

Customers in Pakistan increasingly want to pay from their phone: a wallet, a bank app or a card. Store owners want fewer cash on delivery orders that get refused at the door. Adding JazzCash, Easypaisa or PayFast to your website answers both, as long as the setup is done properly and tested before launch.

Common online payment options for Pakistani websites

Fees, settlement times and documents differ by provider and change over time, so we ask clients to confirm them with the provider directly.

  1. Open a merchant account

Apply with the provider using your business documents and bank account. Approval is between you and them.

  2. Get test credentials

The provider issues sandbox keys so payments can be tested without real money.

  3. Connect checkout

We send the customer to the provider's secure page or form and bring them back to your site after payment.

  4. Confirm on the server

Your server checks the payment with the provider before marking the order paid, so a fake return link cannot fool it.

  5. Go live and reconcile

Switch to live keys, place real test orders, and match the provider's report against your orders.

Why server confirmation matters

A common mistake is to mark an order paid when the customer lands on the thank-you page. That page can be opened without paying. A proper setup waits for the provider to confirm the payment directly to your server. It is the difference between a working store and one that ships unpaid orders.

Keep cash on delivery

Even with online payment, many customers will still choose cash on delivery. Our guide to a cash on delivery ecommerce website explains how to reduce refused orders, and payment gateways for ecommerce in Pakistan compares the options in more depth.

Card details should never pass through or be stored on your own server. The provider's secure page handles them.
