The problem

Before Operix

A home-based maker with a handful of finished pieces and the rest made to order needed one place that shows the real work, states the prices, and takes custom requests without her answering the same questions one buyer at a time.

What we built

The system

• Shop with six collections: bags, flowers, keychains, home decor, baby and kids, wearables; a collection without photos yet shows a made-to-order tile that leads to the custom-order form
• Product pages for each bag and keychain with size, colours, care notes and a note that the bag's charm is sold separately
• Shopping bag with an email checkout, plus contact and custom-order forms that land in the shop's inbox; no payment gateway and no WhatsApp by the owner's choice
• Blog on washing and caring for crochet, gift ideas, how custom orders work and why handmade costs what it costs
• Store, Product, FAQ and article structured data, sitemap, security and cache headers, and GA4 behind a cookie-consent banner
• Hero, maker page and blog covers made from the owner's own photos of the bags, in the shop's green, gold and cream palette
