AutoHub
A showroom and workshop ERP with its own POS: a car is billed at the counter, gets a token and a job card, moves through the bays on a live map and the waiting-area TV, and leaves with a gate pass, while the showroom side keeps cars for sale and leads.

The problem
Before Operix
A showroom with a workshop runs two businesses on one floor: cars for sale and leads on one side, service jobs, parts and mechanics on the other, with customers in the waiting area asking when their car will be ready.
What we built
The system
- POS billing that creates the token and job card from the paid bill, with refunds and a walk-in customer for counter sales
- Job cards with mileage, fuel, damage marks, photos, bay and mechanic; mechanics start jobs and send them to QC from their phones
- Waiting-area TV with Now Serving, a chime and spoken announcement, a live bay map, and a customer tracking page opened by QR code
- Showroom stock of cars for sale with leads, and PPF and coating warranty records
- Parts stock and purchase orders, staff attendance and commission, day close, expenses and profit and loss
- Eight roles from owner to mechanic, each opening on its own screen and checked on every page and every save
Private system
AutoHub showroom and workshop ERP
It runs the client's daily work and is private, so we show only its sign-in screen. Client data is never shown on this website.
