MediNest Pharmacy ERP
A pharmacy ERP with a keyboard-driven POS, batch and expiry stock control, purchases, customer and supplier accounts, expenses and reports, built for a single-owner pharmacy.

The problem
Before Operix
Medicines were sold without batch or expiry tracking, so expired stock turned up on the shelf, and udhaar balances for customers and suppliers lived in a notebook.
What we built
The system
- Full-screen POS with keyboard shortcuts, held bills and 80 mm receipt printing
- Stock by batch with first-expiry-first-out, adjustments, and Excel import and export
- Purchases with goods receipt straight into batches
- Customer and supplier accounts with udhaar balances, and an expenses book
- Profit and loss and returns reports, with every edit and delete logged
Private system
MediNest Pharmacy ERP
It runs the client's daily work and is private, so we show only its sign-in screen. Client data is never shown on this website.
