CRM software for Lahore: real estate, consultants, clinics and planners

CRM software for Lahore should turn WhatsApp leads into booked visits and versioned quotations, with a next action on every open lead. Estate agencies selling DHA and Bahria files, education and immigration consultants, aesthetic clinics, Gulberg car dealers and wedding planners all lose money in the same place: the follow-up nobody did. Operix builds it online from Karachi.

CRM software for Lahore: real estate, consultants, clinics and planners

A plot file in DHA Phase 7 is being offered to a handful of buyers from as many phones. An education consultant on Main Boulevard has students at every stage of a visa application and the deadline for one intake is next month. A Gulberg car dealer has customers who asked about a specific model and will buy from whoever calls back first. An aesthetic clinic in Johar Town books consultations that are not kept. A wedding planner's December is promised twice. The business is the follow-up, and the follow-up is in people's heads.

Estate agencies: files and plots

An agency selling DHA and Bahria Town files handles buyers who are talking to several agencies at once. The CRM holds each file with phase and block, each buyer with a budget and preferred phase, and each viewing with a date and an outcome. When a file is sold, the buyers who wanted that phase get a message about the next one. Rentals follow the same path, with the tenancy end date set as the next action so the agent calls before the landlord does. Our real estate CRM guide covers plots, files and rentals.

Consultants: stages and deadlines

For an education or immigration consultant each client moves through stages: enquiry, assessment, documents, application, decision. Intakes and visa windows have dates. The CRM should show every client by stage, list the missing documents, and remind the counsellor before a deadline, not after it. Fee proposals are kept as versions on the client's record, so the fee quoted in the first meeting is never in doubt.

Clinics, dealers and planners

A clinic's lead is worth something only when the consultation is kept; the CRM should confirm it on WhatsApp the day before and record whether the client came. A dealer's lead is the model wanted and the budget; when that model lands, the CRM should list who to call. A planner's CRM should show which dates are promised, with the advance recorded, before a second couple is told yes. Wedding season in Lahore runs through the winter, so the calendar fills early; the CRM should show November to February at a glance, with each date marked as enquiry, held or confirmed.

The next-action rule

The rule that makes a CRM work is simple: no open lead without a next action and a date. The report the owner opens each morning is leads whose date has passed, by person. Chats can be logged against the lead, and reminders can go out on WhatsApp; our guide to WhatsApp automation for business explains what is possible and what is not. If a careful sheet still works for your team, our CRM vs Excel guide says so.

  1. Write the stages

For your trade, the five or six stages a lead passes through, from enquiry to won or lost.

  2. Decide the next action per stage

After a viewing, a call within a day; after a quotation, a follow-up on a set day; after a consultation, a review visit.

  3. Pick the lead sources

WhatsApp number, Facebook, Instagram, website form, walk-in, referral, so each lead is tagged with where it came from.

  4. Agree who owns what

Each lead has one owner; the manager sees all of them and can reassign.

  5. Choose the morning report

Overdue actions by person. Run the daily meeting from it and nothing else.

Working with Operix from Lahore

Operix is a Karachi company with no Lahore office. Discovery and design happen over video, releases are weekly on your own leads, and training is on the live system in Urdu or English, with a visit when the project needs one. The CRM you can inspect is Sea Keepers, where enquiries arrive by email, are quoted and approved, and become purchase orders in one system. See how we work with Lahore businesses and CRM software for Pakistan, then book a demo with last week's leads.

Questions people ask

Can the CRM log WhatsApp conversations?

Yes, through the WhatsApp Business API or with a log-a-chat button on the lead. Reminders to clients can also go out on WhatsApp from the CRM.

Can an immigration consultant track documents and deadlines?

Yes. Each client has a stage, a document checklist with what is still missing, and deadline reminders for intakes and visa windows.

Can the manager see every agent's leads?

Yes. Each lead has one owner, the manager sees all leads and overdue actions by person, and can reassign a lead when an agent leaves.

Do you have an office in Lahore?

No. Operix is in Karachi. Lahore clients work with us online, with a visit when the project needs one, on the same WhatsApp number as every other client.

How much does CRM software cost in Lahore?

It depends on users, the stages you need and integrations such as WhatsApp. Operix does not publish prices; a written quote follows a discovery call.
