The Snooker Club
A table-timer and billing system for a five-table snooker club: each table's session is timed, billed and paid from one screen, and the day's takings are in a report.
The problem
Before Operix
Table time was kept on paper and billed from memory at the counter, so sessions went unbilled and the cash at closing rarely matched the tables that had been played.
What we built
The system
- Live timers for five tables, with every device showing the same state without refreshing
- Session billing and payments from one screen
- Administrator sign-in with roles, and an activity log of logins and edits
- Daily takings and table-usage reports
Private system
The Snooker Club billing system
It runs the client's daily work and is private, so we show only its sign-in screen. Client data is never shown on this website.
