Corporate website design in Pakistan: what buyers look for

A corporate website in Pakistan works as an online company profile: it tells buyers, partners and tender committees who you are, what you make or do, which certifications and clients you can show, and who to contact. It should load fast, read clearly in English, offer a downloadable profile and route enquiries to the right department instead of a single generic inbox.

For legal practices, see law firm website design in Pakistan.

Before a buyer replies to your email, before a tender committee shortlists you, and before a partner agrees to a meeting, someone looks at your website. For many Pakistani companies that site is still a few pages from years ago with an old phone number. A corporate website, or company profile website, is the first document a new contact reads about you.

What should a company profile website include?

  • Who you are: history, ownership, location and the scale you work at, stated plainly.
  • What you do: products or services with real photos and specifications.
  • Proof: certifications, memberships, factory or office photos and client names you are allowed to show.
  • A downloadable company profile in PDF for people who need to forward it.
  • Contacts by department: sales, procurement, careers, so enquiries reach the right person.

Examples from our own work

For Syed Ahmed & Sons we built a corporate website for a Karachi textile company, presenting its products and capabilities to buyers. If your buyers are other companies, our guide to a B2B website for corporate buyers goes deeper, and business website development in Pakistan covers the wider process.

Design choices that make a company look established

Restraint works. A clean layout, one or two brand colours, consistent photography and short paragraphs look more serious than animation and stock images of handshakes. Every page should answer one question and end with a way to get in touch. Our UI/UX design work starts with what your buyers need to find, then the look.

Only list clients and certifications you can prove. Buyers do check, and one false claim undoes the rest of the site.

Keeping it current

A corporate site goes stale when only the developer can edit it. We hand over an admin panel for news, projects, jobs and documents, and train your staff to use it. To start, book a meeting in Karachi or online, or see our web development service.

Questions people ask

What is the difference between a company profile and a corporate website?

A company profile is usually a PDF document. A corporate website holds the same information online, kept current, and can offer the profile as a download.

Can the website have a careers section?

Yes. You can post openings and receive applications with CVs to a dedicated inbox.

Should a corporate website be in English or Urdu?

English for most buyers, tenders and partners. An Urdu page can be added if you also serve local customers directly.
