The process
- Discovery: we follow your work from enquiry to payment and list the modules, roles and reports.
- Screens: you see and approve the screens before development starts.
- Build in phases: the most painful module goes live first, often sales and inventory.
- VAT and currency: 5% VAT, tax invoices with your TRN, and AED alongside other currencies.
- Data migration: items, customers, suppliers and opening balances from Excel or the old system.
- Training and go-live: each role trained on its own screens.
- Support: fixes, changes and hosting, agreed in writing.
Timeline
The first module can usually be live in weeks, not months, if decisions are made quickly and data is ready. Each further module follows the same cycle. The written quote lists the phases for your scope.

- Your item or service list, with units and prices.
- Customers and suppliers, with TRNs where they have them.
- The reports you use today, even if they are Excel sheets.
- Who approves what: quotes, discounts, purchases, payments.
- Branches, warehouses and currencies you work in.
