UI/UX design services in the UK
Operix designs software screens, apps and websites for UK businesses, with accessibility checked from the first wireframe and every prototype tried by the people who will use it. Workshops and test sessions run over video from Karachi, in the UK morning and early afternoon.
Set up for the UK
Accessibility built in
Contrast, type size, keyboard-only use and labels for screen readers are tested against the WCAG guidelines while the design is still easy to change.
Usability tests with real users
People from your team or your customer base try real tasks on a clickable prototype over a video call, and whatever trips them up is redesigned.
Files your developers can build from
Final screens, a component library and written notes, so your in-house team or a UK agency can build without needing us.
UI/UX design
What the design work covers
The same UI/UX design we build everywhere, with the local setup above for the UK.
Workflow mapping
We follow real tasks, like taking an order or closing a month, and remove the steps nobody needs.
Clickable prototypes
You click through the screens on your own phone and laptop before a line of code is written.
Dashboards that answer questions
Each dashboard is built around the questions a manager asks every morning, not every chart the data allows.
Design systems
Colours, type, buttons and forms defined once, so every new screen looks like it belongs.
Testing with your staff
Short sessions with the people who will use it, and changes before development, when they are cheap.

Questions
UI/UX design in the UK: what people ask
Can usability testing be done remotely?
Yes. The participant shares their screen on a video call and attempts a set of tasks on the prototype; we observe and take notes. Sessions are booked in UK hours and recorded only if the participant agrees.
Can you audit an existing product for accessibility?
Yes. We review the screens against the WCAG guidelines and return a list of problems ranked by how badly each blocks users. Whether your organisation has a legal duty here is a question for your lawyer; the audit shows where you stand.
Do we need UI/UX design if we are buying an ERP from you?
It is included in every system we build. As a separate service it suits companies with their own developers.
